Rydex Velocity 100
Rydex has long been known for enabling you to long and short indexes by shifting money between opposing funds.  Quite a few of our customers trade the Rydex Velocity 100 vs. the Venture 100.  The Velocity fund tries to beat the NASDAQ 100 by 200%.  As Dakota does not yet have the ability to switch back and forth between funds, we instead show you Dakota trading the Velocity fund long and short.  Rydex Velocity-Venture traders acknowledge that while this isn't exactly the same, it *is* close.  While talking with a customer, I pulled down Velocity fund data from Reuters, ran a new Dakota bot on it and hypothetically gained 40 points in 4 years versus a buy-and-hold of 0.26.  This is walk-forward "out-of-sample" adaptive trading, not some "old-school" back-fitted brittle optimized trading system.

Go see a video of me doing it:

Bill Trades the Chinese Power Company: Huaneng
Customer "Bill" of Dallas, TX gives his permission to show his results on Huaneng Power, clocking in hypothetical gains of $31.47/share over the last 5 years.
He says, and I quote, "In the market only about 50% of the time....70% Winners....and Equity Straightness of 0.92. Almost double the performance of buy & hold also. This is the kind of results I like to see!"

Go see his Dakota chart in the Customer Gallery of Successes:

What Kind of Dakota User Might You Be?
We offer three types of licensing for Dakota, to tailor it to your needs.  There are two technical levels; scripting or not, and two licensing levels (pay as you go for upgrades or get them all always).  Together, this unique blend yields nicely matched options for you.

  • Express
You don't know how to "program" bots and don't want to, or at least not yet.  You want to use bots and stops that others have written.  Perhaps you are uncertain about making a long term investment at this time.  You'll see where Dakota goes and pay for upgrades to major releases as they come along, if you choose.

  • Standard
You want the full power of Dakota to create your own trading bots, and stops and make improvements to the work of others.  You also pay for upgrades to major releases as they come along, if you choose

  • Product Sponsor
You want to create your own bots and you have confidence in BioComp's 14 years in business, knowing that BioComp's other financial market product, Profit, has been steadily progressing for about 10 years.  You want the latest and greatest and don't want to be bothered with paying for upgrades.

In all cases, you receive access to our discussion group of over 600 postings so far and the downloads page, with setups, more that a dozen trading bots and stops, including all the ones used to create the videos.

If you wish to upgrade from one level to another, you merely pay the difference between the current list prices.  Nice.

Dakota orders can be placed on-line at:  http://www.biocompsystems.com/store/financial/index.htm

Long time BioComp Customer?  You may automatically receive a Silver (10%), Gold (15%) or Platinum (25%) Preferred Customer Discount when we process your order.  Read more about our Preferred Customer Program.  We honor and respect our customers and the value we've shared together over the years.

Leverage Your Trading Technology Investments
There are a lot of good trading data and indicators out there.  It would be great to use them in Dakota, so when our customers make requests, we listen and put them in.  There are quite a few of our customers that use or want to use Pinnacle data, so we crafted a deal with Ed Pavia.  Place an order with us and get 50% off your new data orders with Pinnacle, for a limited time.  Customers also want to use Jurik's indicators, so we called Mark and started adding them.  Now, customers would like to use Ehler's Mesa 8, so we called John and Mike and we're on it...

What do you have to pay BioComp to use Jurik's and Ehler's indicators in Dakota?  NOTHING.  No add-in charge.  You still need to have a license from them of course.

Pinnacle Data
Jurik Research
Mesa Software

Easy.  Affordable.  Leverage your trading technology investments.  It's the smart thing to do.

Expand Globally, Trade Locally
As the Dakota user base grows, so does its global reach and the richness of the experiences and information delivered.  People in their local countries are trading their home markets often to find unique success.  For example,
Invar in Sweden shows us his pretty straight equity curve on Stockholm's OMX index.  We now have customers in 18 countries, including the USA, U.K., Germany, Sweden, Australia, New Zealand, Portugal, France, Japan, Italy, South Africa, Singapore, The Netherlands, Canada, Norway, Malaysia and Uruguay.
