Our partner program defines four types of partners:

  • Administrative Partner
    Administrative P
    artners provide contract administration between the end customer and us or other partners.  This is particularly useful for those situations where the end customer must hold contracts with a local company.  Either the customer or we provide you opportunities; you deliver Requests For Quotations (RFQs) prepared by us or other partners, participate in contract negotiations, signing, and invoicing and you perform subsequent payment distribution according to a provided schedule.  In this situation, you are often the contract holder with the customer.

  • Value Added Partner
    This partner type provides services and/or products cooperatively with us to deliver solutions.  This is particularly useful for those situations where you have, or have access to, unique skills, experience, software and/or hardware that compliments ours and you have local resources to execute projects and on-going maintenance and support services, including specifying, installing, checking-out, commissioning and supporting BioComp products.

  • Cooperative Marketing Partner
    A Cooperative Marketing partner performs marketing and sales in cooperation with us or other partners to identify and secure customer opportunities.  You know your market best.  This may include geography, business customs, key contacts, marketing and sales channels, applications, methodologies, and more.  These partners makes sales calls, gives technical presentations, formulates solutions, prepares RFQs and works with the customer through procurement.

  • Affiliate Partner
    This partner type acts on behalf of BioComp to coordinate and manage customer accounts and activities within a region; potentially managing one or more other partners.  An Affiliate Partner may participate in all of the above partner roles, depending on the situation.  Affiliate Partners are established by invitation only.

Our partner program defines three levels of partner

  • Silver
    Silver partners achieve less than US$100,000 per year in sales related to BioComp offerings and have good quality understanding of the application of our products.

  • Gold
    Gold partners achieve between US$100,000 and US$500,000 per year in sales related to BioComp offerings and are proficient with creating and delivering BioComp-based solutions.

  • Platinum
    Platinum partners achieve more than US$500,000 per year in sales related to BioComp offerings and are experts ("black belt") in creating, delivering and supporting BioComp-based solutions.

Each level has it's own perks.
