against. Accordingly, actual cost vs. expected is tracked and
reported regularly throughout the project duration.

efficiently on a compressed schedule is the norm for BioComp team
members so that you obtain the greatest reward as fast as
possible. Interdependent tasks and key milestones are identified
and durations assigned. Team members buy-in to their associated
responsibilities and are held to their commitments. Actual time vs.
expected is tracked and reported regularly throughout the project
duration.

Progress Reporting. Progress is tracked through accepted project
management tools and reports are issued regularly, including work
accomplished, revised Gantt and Pert charts, actual
vs. planned cost and schedule, open items and "punch
lists".

Project Closure
Reports and "As Built" Documentation. Upon the
conclusion of the project, a closure report is produced outlining the
activities and results and the delivered solutions are documented for
reference.
