The PowerCurve workshop

The Workshop
Process

Establish Your
Business Goals. We list, rank and discuss the business
opportunities available. We identify the top opportunity and
quantify the total business benefit possible, assuming a perfect
solution. We quantify the tangible and identify the intangible
benefits to your organization.

Identify Key
Performance Indicators We identify how you
specifically measure performance in the selected opportunity.
Performance levels on these Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) are
used as a statement of the goal.

Identify Key
Processes and Data. We drill down into your business
processes to identify what factors drive your performance. We
identify which of those factors are within your control. We
determine the location of data for those factors and gather the data
for analysis.

Analyze Your
Performance Using our tools, we convert and clean your data,
build predictive models, quantify prediction accuracy and develop and
evaluate optimization schemes. From this, we can gauge how well
we can improve your performance.

Quantify Achievable
Business Benefit. Based on the analysis, together we
quantify and document how much of the total possible business
opportunity can be achieved using our solutions.

Determine Solution
In the above process, we know where your key data is located, what key
components of our suite of technologies, tools and applications are
required to achieve your goals. We link this information into a
structured solution.

Issue Workshop
Documentation and Proposal We document our results for you
and issue you a workshop findings report, including all of the results
created in the above steps. We also issue you a proposal based
on the solution identified. With this in hand, you have a clear
cut cost/benefits analysis and a proposed solution for taking to
management for approval. This information is so potent, 100% of

stage.
The Investment

takes only 2-3 days. The participants include key individuals from
